A vintage French travel chess set, lead pieces in a card, drawer style case.  This is a beautifully presented set, practical to use and a pleasure to own. The board measures 9.7cm square, the tallest piece is 2.1cm high excluding the locating tab on the base. With an impressed foil 'Maximus in Minimus' knight logo. The case is 10.6cm square.
