Can I view items in before purchasing?

We are based in Southampton in the UK, if that is convenient then please visit us, most of our customers are overseas and so we are always more than happy to provide additional photo’s and videos or we can agree a time for a live viewing by video link giving you the opportunity to ask whatever questions you may have too.

 

Are your antiques authentic?

We select and research with great care and provide as much background detail as possible for every piece, so yes our antiques are all original and authentic.

 

What is the difference between vintage and antique?

The words are sometimes used quite loosely but for us an antique is an item over 100 years of age and to qualify for vintage an item has to be between 50 and 100 years old.

How quickly do you despatch and deliver my order?

We despatch on the day of receipt or the following day dependant of time of receipt, we have plenty of experience of different carriers all over the world and choose accordingly, delivery times vary according to where you are in the world but we like to think that we get your item to you in the fastest and most efficient way possible..

 

Can I reserve an item?

Yes we are happy to do that you for a limited time.

 

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us immediately and we will agree the best way to resolve the issue.
