Can I view items in person before buying?
Most of our customers are overseas but if you are closer and it is convenient to call in then of course you are welcome. For those of you further afield if you would like further photo’s or videos to help you with your buying decision, then please ask.
Are your antiques authentic?
We select and research with great care and provide as much background detail as possible for every piece, so yes our antiques are all original and authentic.
What is the difference between vintage and antique?
The words are sometimes used quite loosely but for us an antique is an item over 100 years of age and to qualify for vintage an item has to be between 50 and 100 years old.

How quickly do you despatch?
All orders are despatched on the day of receipt or the next day if received later in the day, we used trusted carriers and everything is sent with tracking.
Can I reserve an item?
Yes we are happy to do that you for a limited time.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us immediately and we will agree the best way to resolve the issue.
