Original unique document handwritten on laid paper and dated 1649 so approaching 400 years old, it records a legal transaction of property held under the manorial system a surrender of tenancy rights by one party and the admittance of a new tenant including land measurements in rods and perches and the boundaries or tenants. Signed and witnessed with a clear wax seal from the principal signatory.
