A matching pair of antique original paintings. Both are oil on board with a gilt return and inner border, mounted under glass and sitting in an elaborate black plaster frame. They date from around 1820, possibly a little later, but unsigned and undated.
 
Two charming hunting scenes. They clearly sit together and are small in size at 31.7 x 27.5 x 4.7cm (12.5" x 10.75" x 1.75") and so would suit a cosy corner, office, hallway or vestibule.
 
Minor repairs to one frame but generally in very good original condition and ready to hang.
