Tests for Colour-Blindness by S. Ishihara, 38 plates edition 1967 book, published in Japan. As the title explains this book consists of 38 colour plates which are used to determine colour blindness and related conditions, this example includes instructions and explanatory notes. I have tried this out on my, now we realise, colour blind son, and I can confirm that it is very accurate. The book measures 19.5 x 15.5cm (7.25 x 6") and comes in the original sleeve, the sleeve is very worn and marked but has protected the book.
