Antique veterinary instrument an animal castrator from around 1910. The instrument has sprung grips with serrated blades, cross hatched bone handles and a brass thumb rest before the blade. This pair was manufactured by William Marples and Sons Ltd of Sheffield and the blade stamped with their makers mark.
