Antiquarian book Queen Victoria’s Dolls, a first edition published in 1894. A really charming record of Queen Victoria’s doll collection shown with colour illustrations and explanatory notes. The book is in very worn condition but happily all the plates are intact, colourful and clean, and this is the appeal of this title. The text and colour plates have all been manually pasted in. There are 40 colour plates, all except one in good condition. The front and back covers are worn and separated, the first page missing and there is some water damage to the edges of the final few pages. Cloth covered hardback with gilt lettering.
